Summer Salmon Amongst Papaya Salsa


1 papaya, peeled too chopped into 1cm cubes
1 pocket-size ruddy onion, chopped
½ greenish pepper, deseeded too chopped
½ ruddy pepper, deseeded too chopped
1 ruddy chilli (deseeded if you lot don’t similar it besides hot), finely chopped
ii tbsp unopen to chopped coriander
juice 1 lime, addition 1 lime cutting into wedges to serve
four nests medium egg noodles
four boneless, skinless salmon fillets
1 tbsp vegetable oil
ii tbsp teriyaki sauce
four large handfuls mixed salad leaves


1. To brand the salsa, combine the papaya, onion, greenish too ruddy peppers, chilli, coriander too lime juice inward a bowl. Season too laid aside.

2. Prepare the noodles next pack instructions. Meanwhile, brush both sides of the salmon fillets amongst oil, too then season. Heat a griddle or frying pan to medium-hot too gear upwardly the salmon for 3-4 mins on each side, too then take from the pan.
